The Solution

Using what we learned from direct user research, we developed a platform for educating and providing resources to users who may want to remain anonymous. Their biggest needs were to quickly understand the reporting process for workplace harassment and who is involved in these processes. Additionally, users wanted to know how to navigate different scenarios, such as if they weren't a victim themselves but instead witnessed workplace harassment.
