
Designing a new real estate experience
Real estate CRM giant CINC approached us and our business development partner GrowthSpan with a unique challenge: Prototype an entirely new approach to real estate search.
The Approach
To position ourselves within an overly saturated field, we aimed to create a modern minimalist lifestyle-feeling brand rather than the typical techy real estate approach. Large bold graphics, artistic lifestyle photography, and a flexible geometric brand system became the ethos for HelloCondo.

The Solution
In a sea of real estate websites which all look and function the same we aimed to flip that experience upside down in two ways: First is to provide an AI chat which cuts out the tedious work of browsing thousands of listings with preset filters. Second is having the system learn about the user's preferences and "make or break" opinions through browsing and chat behaviour, which is then used to recommend listings and to clearly display a ranking of personal fit on every listing. Within a glance you can see if a listing is even worth considering and why, no more digging through pages of details.
